LIVE SYSTEM
01

Weather Watch

We monitor Environment Canada radar and three private weather APIs simultaneously. When any two of three predict 5cm+ accumulation in your zone, we pre-position trucks.

02

Deploy at 5cm

The moment our on-site gauge reads 5 centimetres of fresh accumulation — not when it looks bad, not when we feel like it — the crew deploys. Every truck carries a calibrated snow stake.

03

GPS Logged Push

Each pass is GPS-stamped: truck ID, driver, arrival time, departure time, and a photo taken from the cab. You receive a push report by 8 AM via SMS.

04

Re-visit Protocol

Seasonal clients get unlimited re-visits during a single storm event. If accumulation exceeds 15cm, we automatically return — no call required, no extra charge.

What it feels like
at 7 AM on a storm day.

I manage 34 townhouse units on Windermere Ave. Before Plow, I was fielding calls at 6 AM from residents who couldn't get their cars out. Last winter — zero complaints. The GPS report lands in my inbox before the first tenant wakes up.

We're a breakfast spot on Queen East. A slip-and-fall on our front steps would cost us far more than a season contract. Plow has our entrance and the sidewalk done by 6:30 AM every single time. The photo proof is what sold me — I can show it to my insurer.

Tight crescent street in Davisville. Every other service said they couldn't get their truck in. Plow sent someone to measure the lane before quoting. The first storm of last season I woke up at 7 and it was already done. First time in four years I didn't have to dig myself out.

The December 9th storm was 22cm overnight. I've been through enough Toronto winters to know that's when services go dark. Plow had our lot cleared by 8 AM. My loading dock crew started their shift on time. That's worth every dollar of the contract.
